Agreement Of Services
Welcome to North Architect Studio. By engaging our architectural design, interior consulting, or turnkey construction services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
01. Scope of Architectural Services
All architectural concepts, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and interior fit-out specifications provided by North Architect Studio are custom-crafted for the designated project scope. Unauthorized replication or commercial utilization is strictly prohibited.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property of all design documentation, blueprints, and aesthetic renderings remains with North Architect Studio until final project handover and full settlement of professional fees.
03. Timelines & Execution
Project timelines and milestone schedules provided during discovery are estimates. While our engineering and design teams ensure rigorous on-site supervision, unforeseen site conditions or material procurements may require adjustments.
